The Hills 1-10-08

Here are a few pics from this week! We're so happy to have him home with us!!! It seems like he left a baby and came home a little boy though :( He learned new words - bye-bye, piggy (when you burp!), hello and some others. He's so funny....

The only problem since he got back is bedtime. He forgot how much he used to like bedtime! Now he's been crying at night for a while; he does eventually go to sleep - but only until about 12:30am. Then he CRIES and CRIES! He won't go back to sleep. For the last two nights, we have taken him back in bed with us and he goes to leep right away and sleeps until we wake him up. I know that we can't keep doing it, but we're not used to him not sleeping through the night. It's almost like he wakes up and thinks we are gone again. He screams in a way we haven't heard..... Then we feel bad :(

Oh - and today is my 3 year anniversary at Thermosystems!!! I am so glad to have a job I enjoy, customers I like to work with and a great employer!

Playing in the cupboard. He won't be fitting in here much longer!

Fall on out!

I see that his big boy cup is actually a Cars cup....wonder who gave him that movie? :) I hope the bedtime/sleeping issues resolve themselves quickly!

I am probably the worst advice-giver on sleeping situations, but I have found that both of my kids went through stages. Good stages and bad stages with bed time routines. We're currently in a good one with Ava, we told her the dog can sleep on the floor in her room and she's happy as can be go to sleep in her own bed and stay there the whole night. With Noah were not in a great one, he's always sick or crabby, so he usually comes in with us at about 12 or 1 when he wakes up crying. Oh well, I figure he'll grow out of it and if he needs the extra reassurance right now, I'm okay with it. Plus he's soooo snuggly:)

Poor Justin...hopefully he'll start going to bed easier.
