As of January 1st, the WHOLE STATE is smoke free in public buildings. People even have to be 15 feet from an entrance, exit or ventilation intake. It's so nice to go to a restaurant, bar, casino, etc and not feel like you have to go home and shower immediately to get the ashtray smell off of you!!!!!

I concur! Just think, Justin is going to grow up never knowing what it is to be asked 'smoking or non' at a restaurant!
Minnesota did that in October and it's been so awesome. Mark and I were both commenting this weekend after spending time in smoky Michigan bars how nice it is to go out and have a good time and not wake up smelling like stale smoke in the morning!! It would be awesome if the smoking ban went nationwide.
now that I currently smell like an ashtray I am jealous of your new law....
