it's baked, its all good. we get a lot of fingers in the baked goods around here.
That's how I bake as well. Well, maybe I don't dip the beater back in the mix but I do lick batter of the side of the bowl and from the beater. :) We used to fight over the beaters when we were younger (two beaters - three kids).
