Last week I was in Chicago for training and the Green Build show at McCormick Place. It was a really cool show....I had no idea how big it was going to be. Bill Clinton was the guest speaker on the opening day! When I got home I had a ton of work to catch up on, so blogging took a back seat.
Justin is doing great! He's a little tornado - never know where he's going next! He will be moving to the toddler room in a week. They said that he's more advanced than the toys/activities they do in the infant room. We have gotten a couple of notes from his teacher "I am sorry to report, but Justin hit his friend with a toy today" or "I'm sorry to report that Justin bit one of his friends today". We did get one that said he got bit, so I think he was just getting the guy back :) J/K! He learns new things everyday. They taught his "soft hands" when he's being rough and then he just rubs your face...it's cute!
Last night we went to Katie & Josh's house for a party - we had a great time! It's fun hanging out with Tech people. It always amazes me how you can meet people you've never met and have so much to talk about. I love the bond that Tech alum have.
We leave for Vegas to see Grandpa & Grandma Metzler next Saturday morning - we can't wait!!!!! I hope Justin does well on the plane!
Oops...Justin is awake - gotta run!
Thursday was PJ's day at school...
Friday was sports day!
So handsome :)
The girls hanging out in the kitchen...
....and proof that Tech guys can turn any game into a drinking game :)
You can take the boys out of Tech but not the Tech out of boys!!!
All of my FREE goodies! Some of the Tylenol was $.49 but other than that it was tax only! Thanks Katie :)

Doesn't the cost of daycare decrease when Justin moves from infant to toddler status? If so, a huge YAY for that.
It definitely looks like you have a year supply of tylenol and other stuff. It will come in handy :)
I love his Bear's jersey, too cute! I totally agree on the Tech bond. All the phi kap wives and girlfriends for the most part are tech girls and the ones that aren't have a hard time adjusting and fitting in with the group... apparently I can be slightly evil! ;)
Why are all the girls drinking Coca-Cola? That is very un-Tech-ish.
