....he messed with the wrong person!
There will be an article in Sunday's paper about the incident. It is an article with a bunch of customer service issues, but this is one of them. The reporter called him and he would not tell her his last name or position and then he hung up on her. Nice, huh? Come to find out from corporate (I found out from the reporter) - this guys OWNS that store!
Plus, Terry (the reporter) told me that she contacted the Health Dept. and they said that they never commented on this situation to him as he aluded to in the email about while it's disgusting it does not transmit disease or whatever... The Health Dept encouraged her to tell me to file a report and they would do an immediate inspection and any violations would shut them down until corrected :) I might just for fun!
I'll post the article after it comes out. Oh, and BTW - they never did send me any of the free coupons that I was "fishing" for....

OH boy! I can't wait to get Sunday's paper! The best part is, lots of people, like me, only get the paper on the weekend or only buy the Sunday paper!
