I am going to post this one first because it's not happy news, so I will make sure it gets covered by the fun Vegas pictures!!!
We had a couple looking at our house (3 times!) and they loved it....our realtor thought they would definetly be putting in an offer and they didn't even have a house to sell. Well, then they saw a FSBO in on our street that is bigger and then ended up buying that one. What a let down. At least we had some interest I guess..... It's really frustrating spending over 25K per year on this house that sits empty. I wish we could just tell the bank - here...take it back! Oh, and it would be nice if that didn't leave a big red X on our credit reports!!!
Ugh.

Bummer. Huge huge bummer. The house will sell eventually, but now would be nice!
Ugh, that does suck. It's got to be super stressful dealing with all that. But if one person was really intersted there's definitely more out there that would love the house. Glad you had a good time in Vegas!
